Nimbus and Broom Boats

2000 - De Vaart Yachting was established and registered in Lelystad in January 2000. In our first two years, we acquired dealership of the Swedish brand Nimbus as well as the English brand Broom.

Catalina Yachts

2003 - In 2003, we took over the dealership of Catalina Yachts and, in addition to motor yachts, we began also to focus on selling sailing yachts. To support this growth, we took on additional staff with a specific background in selling sailing yachts. Over the years we have built up a relationship with a wide array of Catalina sailors.

Storebro Yachts

2006 - We acquired the dealership of Storebro in 2006. This allows us to offer you both the Nimbus Commander line and the Storebro Commander boats under one roof.

New Premises

2008 - As of 1 April 2008, we relocated to a completely newly developed industrial estate in Lelystad where we have a large, surfaced outside terrain, a modern heated showroom and a long pier of our own with moorings. Conveniently situated and easy to find on the N302 main road (A6/Lelystad-Enkhuizen), a short distance from open water behind the Noordersluis (Lelystad Haven/Markermeer), you can reach us by car, and motor- and sailing yachts.

Paragon Yachts

2008 - In August 2008, the Swedish firm Nimbus Boats took over the Finnish brand Paragon Yachts. Nimbus Boats has also granted us a dealership for this line of offshore boats.
